Rethinking the AT&T small business division online experience.
In 2010, we pitched and won the AT&T's small business account.
Our experience focussed on curating the site's content and experience according to a business's size, type of industry, and location as AT&T's product offering varies from region to region. For customers, the site offers a suite of account management tool including mobile, as well as trend forcasting and offers based on actual products usage.
Role: I led the creative team on the pitch, and was the account's CD once the actual work started.
