Pitch for Hilton Hotels - global online presence redesign.
This is one of the largest pitch I worked on at Organic. It touched all the Hilton brands, from luxury such as Waldorf Astoria to focussed service such as Hampton Inn. Integrating the Hilton Honors program in our work was a critical ask from the RFP. Every touchpoint was covered from OLA, SEO, SEM, kiosks, mobile and social. Leading a large creative team in New York with another CD, we focussed our attention on the Luxury brands, the Honors program, online advertising, mobile tactics and social integration. Finally, we shot a video to help tell the story behind our creative.
Organic won the account and became Hilton's digital AOR in 2010.
