Envisioning the US launch of the Uniqlo e-store. Iconic japanese clothing brand UNIQLO wanted to enable e-commerce on their site in the Fall of 2012. While working at TrueAction (an eBay Inc. company), we received and RFP to share our vision on how we saw the launch/integration of the UNIQLO online store with their current site, while also crafting a pre-launch campaign that would seed the e-store, create buzz yet maintain exclusivity to help manage the initial release of inventory. Of course, a lot of questions were raised on how we would approach social and mobile as part of the overall experience.
