I am a designer with 20+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary product and creative teams at digital agencies and startups. I currently lead the Design team at Axios. I apply curiosity, strategy, vision, design thinking, research, metrics, prioritization and collaboration to discover and solve problems that empower people and grow businesses. I love building high-performing teams and leading with empathy, creativity, and honesty. ___ I grew up in Switzerland (french speaking native) where I studied architecture & design, prior to emigrating to the US to attend music school in Los Angeles and pursue a music career.
