In 2010, we pitched and won the AT&T's small business account.
We focussed on curating the site's content and experience according to a business's size, type of industry, and location, as AT&T's product offering can vary from region to region.
For customers, the site offers a suite of account management tool including mobile, as well as trend forecasting and offers based on actual products usage.
Role: I led the creative team on the pitch, and was the CD on the account once the work started.
