Supporting hometown hopefuls at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
This was a fun site I worked on for Bank Of America, but more importantly for the athletes and their fans.
Developed between the Toronto and New York offices of Organic, I was brought into the project to help set the overall UI and art direction for the experience. The site aggregated fans cheers posted on Facebook, YouTube & Flickr.

Case study video
On landing on the homepage, a user can browse or add their own cheer. The latest cheers are populating over a map of the USA. I proposed adding a dynamic counter to showcase the fans activity.
A widget over the map allows for zooming and filtering cheers by athletes, sports, and location.

A USA tour of the athletes offered an opportunity for fans to meet with them, and for content to be added to the website.
